For telehealth sessions, clients will need access to a quiet private space, a stable internet connection, with to participate in counseling.

I’m looking for……

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and begin at $150. Sessions are virtual, some in-person sessions may be available.

    Modality: Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes and $225. Sessions are virtual, some in-person sessions may be available. Please inquire.

      • Ideal for creative adolescents interested in exploring journaling as a hobby

      • Students will spend time goal setting and creating self care resources and personal toolkits

  • Family Stress

    Family structure and relationship history can impact our ability to communicate effectively and support each other through change. When this happens, connection and emotional learning can be powerful tools for healing, no matter how old you and your loved one are.

  • Adolescents and Teens

    Adolescents are my favorite clients to work with! Some teens benefit most from individual therapy, and the space for privacy away from parental ears. It’s also common for teens to make the most improvements when parents actively participate in ongoing therapeutic interventions. Each client and their family will be assessed before agreeing to a long term plan.

  • Relationship to Body

    Whether you are going through health crisis, recovering from an eating disorder, or healing from burnout, tuning into your body can help you reevaluate your priorities an dlive aligned to your values.

  • Adjusting to Chronic Illness

    As a disability doula, many of my clients are chronically ill and want to explore their disability grief, experiences of medical trauma, and new ways of anti-ableist living. Adjusting to disability is a developmental process, so having disabled mentors and elders to share wisdom is so important for our survival.

  • Clinical Consultation

    Youth with chronic illness are a forgotten population in the mental health field. Health complications at a young age present in complicated ways for adolescents.

    Therapists and allied health clinicians can reach out for consultation about a client, or generally for youth mental health.

  • Private Practice Consultation

    Ready to open your practice with confidence? I offer personalized plans of resources and mentorship as you manage the landscape of owning a small business.

I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those with a financial need and intersecting identities that have been historically marginalized. If the cost of counseling is a concern for you at this time, please inquire during our consultation.

Out-Of-Network:

I can provide “Superbills” on a monthly or quarterly basis for clients who pay out of pocket at the time of their service. Most insurance companies offer reimbursement for services upon submission.
